My Motivation
I got tired of being the only.
I know how isolating it can feel to be the only Black woman in a professional space. Add education, credentials, and experience, and sometimes the rooms get smaller—and lonelier. I wanted somewhere we could find one another, share opportunities, and build together without being pushed into unnecessary competition.
After being terminated following concerns I raised about unequal treatment, I was heartbroken. But I’m a problem solver. Eventually, I turned that pain into action and created the B.E.A.S.T Collective: Black Economic Advancement, Success & Talent. My goal is to connect our talent, resources, and opportunities so we can build businesses, support one another, and create pathways for the next generation.

Why our membership prices are intentionally low
The Collective wasn’t created to maximize profit or charge women more than they can reasonably afford. Membership should help open doors. Our prices reflect that purpose. Each tier provides a different level of access, allowing members to choose what fits their needs and stage of growth.

Affordable membership is intentional. Small contributions, pooled across a committed community, can help fund meaningful opportunities while sustaining the platform that connects us. I’m a paying member, too, and my businesses will contribute alongside yours. This is something I’m building with the community—and investing in myself.
More options. More opportunity. A community to build with.
Whether you’re seeking your first opportunity, growing your career, building a business, or recruiting talent, there is a place for you here. Black women shouldn’t have to build alone.
